Integrations

This section lists the supported file formats and the integrations they trigger in Q-Cloud.

Q-Cloud File Parser

The Q-Cloud File Parser is the container that supports these file formats and is the primary solution for importing files into Q-Cloud. It reads files from a mounted input folder, matches each file to an integration, and sends the corresponding Q-Cloud API calls.

It is the entrypoint for:

  • file-based item, article, user, and outscan imports

  • the ZWZ Fileinterface

Supported user-facing actions include:

  • reading files from a mounted input directory

  • matching files to an integration by filename or explicit configuration

  • forwarding workflow settings such as credentials and routing options

  • writing a final run summary to stdout

Laundry Integrations

These integrations handle laundry-related record flows and have their own rules for scan state, item movement, and master data handling.

ZWZ Fileinterface

The ZWZ Fileinterface uses a semicolon-separated file to decide whether garments should be received, sent out, or left unchanged.

UNILIN-UNIMAT

UNILIN-UNIMAT is a separate laundry integration with its own record stream and business rules.
